This white gold ring with Aquamarine The Trillion cut focuses the gaze on a triangular-profile gemstone, supported by an essential setting. The wide band accompanies the stone with clean lines, while the silk-effect engraving introduces a more subtle vibration compared to the polished surfaces. On the hand, the piece of jewellery appears bold yet restrained, with a balance built between colour, geometry and proportions.

The initial meeting serves to clarify the gemstone, proportions, finishes and manufacturing possibilities of the new project.
Trillion belongs to my archive of completed creations and documents a design journey. A new ring is redesigned starting from the person, the size of the hand, the identified gemstone, the metal, the intended use, and the desired character. In my workshop in Altamura, I personally oversee every inspection so that proportions, wearability, and visual presence find a personal balance.
The project stems from the desire to develop a variant of the ring Geometry, already present in my archive, adapting its language to the person who would have worn it. The colour of the aquamarine evokes the shades of Lake Garda, while the structure has been oriented towards a sober and modern character.
The thirtieth birthday gave the project a precise direction, without turning the initial reference into a copy.
I developed Trillion in 18-carat white gold with a natural aquamarine, combining 3D modelling, prototyping and lost-wax casting. The prong setting supports the gemstone while keeping its profile legible, whilst the burin-engraved silk-effect finish differentiates the band and modulates the light.
Polishing and quality control have completed a structure designed for precision, comfort and visual continuity.
Since 2009, I have guided private clients and couples through the creation of their jewellery in my atelier. Over thirty years of goldsmithing experience guide every stage: listening, design, workshop, quality control, and delivery. Awards, mentions, and accolades tell the story of the artisanal, technical, and creative journey that underpins my work. Each badge links to an in-depth article on the blog.
A stone, a colour or an archival creation can point to an initial direction. In my Altamura studio, we can develop a new ring around the person, the hand and the desired style.
The initial meeting is to clarify desires, materials, structure, timelines, and feasibility. It doesn't require an immediate decision.
