On this website, Turnstile is configured in Invisible mode with Pre-clearance disabled. The verification is therefore performed in the background without normally requiring visible interactions from the user.

Google reCAPTCHA

After consent regarding statistics is obtained, it can switch to full measurement according to the service configuration.

Microsoft Clarity can similarly operate, before obtaining consent for statistical purposes, in a limited mode without using its own analytics cookies. After obtaining consent, it can proceed to the full collection provided for by the service configuration.

4.4 Cookies and marketing tools

The site uses marketing and advertising measurement tools configured to respect the preferences expressed by the user through the consent management system.

Among the tools used are:

  • Meta Pixel / Facebook Pixel;
  • Microsoft Advertising / Universal Event Tracking (UET);
  • Meta events related to views, contact requests, and other interactions that are useful for measuring campaigns;
  • promotional activity effectiveness measurement tools.

Meta Pixel and the related marketing events are activated after the Marketing consent.

Microsoft Advertising UET can, however, be loaded even before Marketing consent is granted in limited mode, without using advertising cookies. The full functionality of advertising, attribution and remarketing, including the use of identifiers provided by the service, is enabled after Marketing consent is granted.

As of the date of this update, the following are not active on the website:

  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking;
  • Hotjar;
  • any additional advertising tools not mentioned in this policy or in the cookie panel.

If new advertising, profiling or remarketing tools are activated, this Cookie Policy will be updated.

5. Google Tag Manager

The website uses Google Tag Manager to centrally manage some scripts, measurement tools, and third-party services.

Google Tag Manager allows, among other things, managing Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, Microsoft Advertising UET, Meta Pixel and related events according to the technical configuration and the consent preferences expressed by the user.

6. Consent Mode

The website uses Google Consent Mode v2 to communicate to Google services the state of consent expressed by the user through the cookie banner.

Depending on the preferences expressed by the user, the analysis, measurement and marketing tools can operate in full mode, limited mode or remain deactivated.

Microsoft Advertising UET also receives the consent status required by Google Tag Manager to distinguish the limited mode from the full mode of advertising measurement.

The system is integrated with Google Tag Manager and with the consent banner managed via Complianz.

7. Webmaster tools and indexing

The site uses technical tools for indexing management, monitoring presence in search engines, and verifying the site status.

Currently the site is connected to:

  • Google Search Console.

These tools are used for technical and SEO purposes, such as verifying domain ownership, sending sitemaps, monitoring indexing, analyzing any scanning errors, and checking the site status in search engines.

When verification is performed through DNS records, CNAMEs, or other equivalent technical methods, such tools do not, per se, involve the installation of profiling or marketing cookies on the user’s device.

8. Google Analytics 4

The website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect statistical data on page usage.

The processed data may include, by way of example:

  • pages visited;
  • engagement events;
  • click on relevant buttons or links;
  • device and browser used;
  • approximate geographical area;
  • traffic source;
  • aggregated browsing behaviour.

Google Analytics is managed through Google Tag Manager. Before consent to the Statistics category is granted, Google Analytics 4 can operate in limited mode without using Analytics cookies. After consent is granted, it can switch to full measurement.

9. Microsoft Clarity

The website uses Microsoft Clarity to analyze the browsing experience of users.

Clarity may process technical information related to the interaction with the site, such as clicks, scrolling, heat maps, and pseudonymous session recordings.

Before consent is granted, Clarity can operate in limited mode without using its own analytics cookies. After consent is granted, it can switch to the full collection provided by the service.

The tool is configured to respect the user’s consent preferences and must not be used to collect sensitive data entered in forms.

10. Microsoft Advertising / Universal Event Tracking (UET)

The website uses Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), through Google Tag Manager, to measure visits, interactions and conversions and to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities.

Before the Marketing consent, UET can operate in a limited mode, without using advertising cookies or identifiers normally used for full advertising and remarketing functionality.

11. Meta Pixel / Facebook Pixel

The website uses Meta Pixelthrough Google Tag Manager, to measure certain user interactions with the website.

Monitored events may include, for example:

  • phone click;
  • click on email;
  • click towards the appointment booking system;
  • Successful submission of the newsletter form, where configured.

Meta Pixel and its related events are activated after Marketing consent. The service can be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising activities, improve campaigns, and create personalized audiences according to the rules of the respective provider.

12. YouTube and embedded content

The site contains embedded videos from YouTube.

YouTube content may involve the loading of third-party cookies or tools. For this reason, videos are blocked when the required consent is not yet available and can be displayed after the user’s acceptance or interaction, according to the configuration of the banner.

The processing of data by YouTube is governed by Google’s privacy and cookie policies.

13. Google Fonts

The site uses fonts provided by Google Fonts.

The fonts are configured to be hosted locally on the site server; This way, the site doesn't normally make a direct call to Google's servers to load the fonts.

14. Newsletter and Mailchimp

The site uses newsletter sign-up forms linked to Mailchimp.

The data is sent to Mailchimp when the user voluntarily fills in the form and confirms the subscription in accordance with the specified procedures.
