Bespoke Narrative Jewellery begins when the starting point is not form, but the meaning you wish to preserve.
Whether in my atelier in Altamura or online, I will guide you in transforming this starting point into a project shaped around the person who will wear it.
You do not need to have every detail clear from the outset: the first conversation helps define direction, proportions, materials and what can realistically be created.
The first meeting is introductory and doesn't require an immediate decision.

Where your story meets my hands
This is not jewellery shaped around a predetermined signature style. The project begins with the story you choose to entrust to me, together with your sensibility, character and way of seeing.
My role is to listen, identify the essential elements and interpret them through proportions, materials, symbols and details. I do not impose meaning or apply a predetermined form: I guide what is personal towards a coherent, measured and technically sound creation.
You hold the meaning. I give it form in matter.
Every story is unique, and so must be its form
The project is not defined solely by the choice of symbols and representative forms. It must find balance between meaning, emotion and the person who will wear it — on the hand, the face or the body. It may begin with a story rooted in the past, a moment you are living in the present, or a dream you are carrying into the future.
In any case, it is designed first and foremost to be a piece of jewellery. Everything is crafted so that it can be experienced, worn, shared and passed down through the generations.
Balance and proportion
The form is studied to embrace meaning without losing harmony, presence, and the relationship with the wearer.
Materials and gems
Metals, gemstones and construction solutions are chosen when, taken together, they support the design, its meaning and its technical feasibility.
Signs and details
Engravings, surfaces and details can bring certain aspects of history to light, whilst leaving others hidden and discreet.
Presence and daily use
Weight, thickness, comfort and wearability are all checked to ensure that the jewellery can be worn, not just admired.
How Narrative Jewellery Comes to Life
Every piece of Narrative Jewellery follows a different path, because every story begins from a different place. There is no fixed technical protocol, but a method grounded in listening, artistic sensitivity and goldsmithing expertise. To interpret does not mean to invent.
1. Listening
The project begins with what you wish to cherish. You don’t need the perfect words: a memory, a photograph, a promise or a feeling can be enough.
2. Interpretation
Not everything finds its way into a piece of jewellery. Together, we identify what is essential, choosing what to transform into a piece and what to keep safe.
3. Translation
Meaning takes shape through proportions, materials, surfaces, details, engravings or gems. Every design choice stems from a precise reason.
4. Design
Drawings, digital models, or prototypes help to verify presence, balance, and readability before the final production, when the project requires it.
5. Implementation
In my workshop I directly oversee the creation of the piece of jewellery, checking every stage right through to the final finishes.
6. Delivery
The project concludes with the delivery of the piece of jewellery and, where applicable, the documentation that tells its story and preserves its memory.
The story remains central, but the project has to work
Even when the starting point is emotional, the result must remain consistent, balanced and wearable.
Because of this, the narrative is translated into design: materials, volumes, gems, thicknesses, settings and finishes are evaluated in relation to the shape and intended use.
When useful, the 3D model or prototype helps to verify presence, proportions and legibility before manufacturing.

And the Project Documentation?
When the project requires it, creation can be accompanied by materials capable of preserving its journey: photographs, drawings, 3D models, technical specifications and, when applicable, certifications or expert reports.
The documentation does not merely describe the piece of jewellery. It also safeguards the way a story was listened to, interpreted and brought to life in the material.
Over time, this record will be able to help whoever inherits the piece to recognise its journey, understand its essential elements and pass down its meaning.
Narrative Jewellery cannot be replicated for someone else. It can only take shape anew around the story of the person it is created for.

Do I need to have a clear story in mind already?
No. Sometimes a memory, a photograph, a promise, a song or just a feeling is enough. The journey also helps to bring into focus what you wish to cherish.
Will the story I am entrusting to you remain confidential?
Yes. You decide that; I only publish content that has consent to be published and shared.
Do I already need to know what kind of piece of jewellery to make?
No. The piece of jewellery is born from the history, not the other way round. The shape is defined together during the project.
Must the piece of jewellery have recognisable symbols?
Not necessarily. Some references may be immediately visible, while others remain subtle or understandable only to those who know them.
Can I use gold or stones that belong to my family?
When the project allows, pre-existing materials and gemstones can become part of the new creation.
Can I see the design before it's made?
Yes. When necessary, drawings, digital models or prototypes are developed to check the proportions, presence and legibility of the shape. If needed, they can be sent to your home to check the fit and details.
How long does it take to make a narrative piece of jewellery?
From a minimum of 10 days to a maximum of 30 days. It depends on the current booking list, the complexity of the project and the scheduled work. The timescales are defined together before production begins.
Is Narrative Jewellery only about remembering the past?
No. It can stem from a story linked to the past, a present moment you are experiencing, or a dream you are carrying into the future.
