Spirale is an 18-carat white and rose gold engagement ring with diamond natural, built on a continuous flow that guides the eye towards the centre. The two parts of the shank follow complementary directions and approach the stone without losing their own chromatic identity. The result is a dynamic yet controlled structure, with a distinct presence on the hand and a visual balance entrusted to the relationship between curve, metal and light.

Following each phase directly, I will evaluate with you what needs to remain of the initial inspiration and what instead deserves to be completely rethought.
Spirale belongs to my archive and shows how a previous creation can become merely a design stimulus. In my workshop in Altamura I do not reproduce a form automatically: every new ring is redesigned taking into account the person, the proportions, the materials, the intended use and the meaning. Even when an initial reference exists, the process leads to an autonomous solution, consistent with the person who will wear it and with the concrete requirements of the new project.
The client had recognised in the geometry of Blue Galaxy an interesting starting point, but he wanted to transform it into a solitaire for the bride-to-be. I therefore revisited the idea of the spiral without replicating the previous creation, developing a new relationship between white gold and rose gold. The two shades evoke, in the stated meaning of the project, the meeting of two families and two distinct paths destined to share a new direction.
I designed Spirale in 18-carat white and rose gold with a natural diamond, using 3D modelling and prototyping to verify the construction before final production. The test made it possible to evaluate proportions, heights and thicknesses directly in relation to the hand. This was followed by lost-wax casting, prong setting, polishing and quality control, with attention to the continuity of the profiles and the overall solidity of the structure.
Since 2009, I have guided private clients and couples through the creation of their jewellery in my atelier. Over thirty years of goldsmithing experience guide every stage: listening, design, workshop, quality control, and delivery. Awards, mentions, and accolades tell the story of the artisanal, technical, and creative journey that underpins my work. Each badge links to an in-depth article on the blog.
If a creation, a curve or a detail has caught your eye, I can start from that feeling to develop a different project, built around your needs and the person it is intended for.
The initial meeting is to clarify desires, materials, structure, timelines, and feasibility. It doesn't require an immediate decision.
