These engraved wedding bands combine the warm presence of 18-carat rose gold with a continuous decoration worked along the profile. The band maintains a legible structure, while the engraved motif creates rhythm, depth and variations of light without interrupting the continuity of the ring. I worked on the balance between the more linear central part and the ornamental edges, so that the design remains clear yet suitable for everyday wear and the proportions of the hands.

The initial consultation serves to clarify references, proportions, workmanship and the feasibility of the new project.
Incisioni is part of my archive of completed creations and documents research that stems from references already present in my work. Each new couple is guided towards wedding rings redesigned for their hands, the chosen material, the proportions, daily wear, and the desired level of ornamentation. The archive thus becomes a starting point for a new project, not a shape to be reproduced.
The starting point was the style of Love's Embroidery Bands, already in my Creations gallery, chosen by the couple as a reference to develop a personal solution. The desire was to retain a classic, handcrafted character, while introducing a richer and more recognisable decoration. Through consultation and prototype testing, I was able to define proportions, heights and thicknesses with the clients before moving on to final production.
For Incisioni I worked 18-carat rose gold using a traditional handmade technique, finishing the surface with Florentine-style burin engraving. The craftsmanship requires stroke control and pattern continuity along the entire circumference, because decoration and structure must remain coherent. The final polishing and quality control complete the process, whilst the prototypes make it possible to check proportions and presence on the finger in advance.
Discover what it means to create your wedding rings together
Come into the workshop and discover a different way of experiencing the creation of your wedding rings.
You will be involved in the most significant phases of the process, accompanied step by step throughout the experience.
At the end of the day, you will take away not only the wedding rings, but also the memory of having made them together with your own hands.
Since 2009, I have guided private clients and couples through the creation of their jewellery in my atelier. Over thirty years of goldsmithing experience guide every stage: listening, design, workshop, quality control, and delivery. Awards, mentions, and accolades tell the story of the artisanal, technical, and creative journey that underpins my work. Each badge links to an in-depth article on the blog.
If you would like wedding rings with an engraved and artisan character, we can start from references that represent you and transform them into a new design. Shape, proportions and intensity of the decoration are evaluated together before arriving at the final creation.
The initial meeting is to clarify desires, materials, structure, timelines, and feasibility. It doesn't require an immediate decision.
