Pair of Embroideries of love white gold Wedding Rings with ornamental engravings

Embroideries of love

White gold wedding rings inspired by the memory of the object that brought two people together in Florence

The creation

Ricami di amore is a pair of 18-carat white gold wedding rings, characterised by an ornamental design that runs continuously across the surface. A more regular central band interacts with the engraved reliefs at the edges, creating rhythm, depth and variations of light. The result has a defined presence on the hand, yet retains balance thanks to the orderly repetition of the patterns and the continuity of the entire circumference.

Which meeting would you like to keep in your wedding rings?

Even an unexpected meeting can become the starting point for designing wedding rings that hold your story.

The initial consultation can also take place remotely and serves to understand which elements of your story deserve to take shape.

Narrative wedding rings

A box searched for twice becomes the unexpected beginning of a story. He returns to the junk shop in Florence and finds it in her hands; from the contest for that object comes the invitation to have a coffee. Years later, on their wedding rings, I reproduced the decorations of that same box: not as simple ornamentation, but as a trace of the episode that brought them together. Embroideries of love thus link the wedding day to the concrete chance from which everything began.

Ricami di amore belongs to my archive and retains the connection to a specific story, which is why it was not created as a design to be reproduced identically. Every new pair of wedding rings is redesigned starting from the people who will wear them.

From inspiration to design

Inspiration

The inspiration comes from a memory box found by chance in a second-hand shop in Florence. A man returned to buy it and found it in the hands of a woman interested in the same object: from that encounter came a coffee, then a relationship and finally marriage. When I designed their wedding rings, that box became the formal reference: its decorations brought the tangible memory of their first meeting back into the metal.

Materials and finishes

I made the wedding rings in 18-carat white gold, developing the design through 3D modelling and prototyping prior to lost-wax casting. The Florentine-style burin engraving translated the ornamental character of the original reference onto the surface, whilst polishing and quality control completed the work. The prototypes allowed proportions, heights and thicknesses to be verified with the couple prior to final production.

Certifications and registrations

Technical expertise, professional registrations and qualifications have accompanied the development of my work in the goldsmithing and jewellery field.
