The creation

Two Hearts is a Engagement ring two-tone with diamond, built around a central solitaire. The structure combines a white gold shank with a warm-toned setting, in which the heart shape does not appear as a simple decoration, but as an active part of the whole. The gemstone emerges with a clear and luminous presence, while the relationship between metal and stone maintains balance, softness and visual continuity on the hand.

Imagine your bespoke engagement ring

This archival creation can inspire a new bespoke engagement ring, designed around your story and the person who will wear it.

During the first meeting, I directly oversee the assessment of proportions, the choice of metal and the feasibility of the project.

Personalised jewellery

Due Cuori belongs to the archive of creations made in my workshop in Altamura. It was not created as a mass-produced piece of jewellery, but as a concrete reference point to start a new bespoke project. When I develop an engagement ring, I redesign every element based on the individual, the proportions of the hand, the available stones, the chosen metal and the meaning that the jewellery will hold over time.

From inspiration to design

Inspiration

The inspiration for Due Cuori comes from a very specific moment: following the long-awaited birth of a child, the time for a marriage proposal also arrived. I translated this meaning into an essential yet legible form, where the heart enters the setting and cradles the light of the central gemstone. The result does not seek theatrical effects, but rather a strong affectionate symbol, designed to accompany a promise lived as the continuation of a family.

Materials and finishes

For this ring, I followed a complete design process, including drawing studies, lost-wax casting, preliminary prototypes, and photographic renderings to help choose the metal colour. Comparing the different shades made it possible to evaluate the interplay between the white gold and the warm tone of the setting, alongside the proportions of the solitaire on the hand. Every step served to check comfort, visual presence, and the coherence of the shape prior to final production.

Certifications and registrations

Technical expertise, professional registrations and qualifications have accompanied the development of my work in the goldsmithing and jewellery field.

Awards and recognition

Since 2009, I have guided private clients and couples through the creation of their jewellery in my atelier. Over thirty years of goldsmithing experience guide every stage: listening, design, workshop, quality control, and delivery. Awards, mentions, and accolades tell the story of the artisanal, technical, and creative journey that underpins my work. Each badge links to an in-depth article on the blog.

How is a piece of jewellery born?

A piece of jewellery can be inspired by a specific request or by a story worth cherishing. It is Custom when it starts with a shape, a stone, a material or a style to be crafted to measure. It becomes narrative When transforming a memory, symbol or personal passage into substance, proportion and meaning. Wedding rings, rings, pendants, necklaces and bracelets can follow both paths. In the Jewellery section, you can discover which one best suits your idea.
