White gold Love Braid ring with natural diamonds and interwoven design

Love Braid

A white gold ring set with natural diamonds, bespoke-crafted as a luminous interplay of connections and movement.
Love B

The creation

Treccia d’Amore is a white gold ring with natural diamonds tailor-made, constructed as an interlacing that crosses the centre and returns onto itself. The central stone dominates without making the composition rigid: around it, the pavé follows an enveloping pattern, while the mirror-polished lines create solids, voids and passages of light. On the hand I imagine a substantial yet fluid presence, with a balance between volume, openness and movement.

Turn a story into something you can wear

This piece from the archive can inspire a new, bespoke narrative ring, crafted around a bond, a shape and a story to be cherished.

At our first meeting, we will discuss the meaning, materials, proportions and practical possibilities together.

Narrative jewel

In the symbolic story of Love's Braid, the intertwining is not a knot that holds, but a movement that accompanies. The lines brush against each other, overlap, and then open up again, as happens in bonds that remain alive because they know how to breathe. The central diamond becomes the point of encounter; it doesn't conclude the narrative, it illuminates it. Around it, the diamonds follow the curve like small traces of presence, continuity, and silent promise.

Treccia d’Amore belongs to the archive of creations that have been made and should be read as a testament to a journey, not as a form to be replicated. A new project can arise from this same principle of intertwining, but it will be redesigned according to the proportions of the person, the chosen materials, the desired light, and the meaning to be preserved. Each step requires listening, technical verification, and a new formal construction.

From inspiration to design

Inspiration

The inspiration stems from the idea of the braid as a gesture of unity: different strands that do not lose their identity, but find strength in their interplay. In the preliminary phase, I worked with photorealistic renderings to assess the relationship between a two-tone design and an all-white version. The final direction, as illustrated by the images, favours a continuous line, where metal and diamonds complement the symbol without overwhelming it.

Materials and finishes

In my workshop in Altamura, I worked on a 3D design intended to control the interlacing, heights and transitions between the parts. The white gold features a mirror-polished finish, capable of reflecting light along the main curves. The pavé setting adorns the side profiles, whilst the prongs accentuate the central stone. Here, the craftsmanship of fine jewellery serves to highlight the movement without compromising on durability and wearability.

Certifications and registrations

Technical expertise, professional registrations and qualifications have accompanied the development of my work in the goldsmithing and jewellery field.

Awards and recognition

Since 2009, I have guided private clients and couples through the creation of their jewellery in my atelier. Over thirty years of goldsmithing experience guide every stage: listening, design, workshop, quality control, and delivery. Awards, mentions, and accolades tell the story of the artisanal, technical, and creative journey that underpins my work. Each badge links to an in-depth article on the blog.

How is a piece of jewellery born?

A piece of jewellery can be inspired by a specific request or by a story worth cherishing. It is Custom when it starts with a shape, a stone, a material or a style to be crafted to measure. It becomes narrative When transforming a memory, symbol or personal passage into substance, proportion and meaning. Wedding rings, rings, pendants, necklaces and bracelets can follow both paths. In the Jewellery section, you can discover which one best suits your idea.

Do you want to start from a creation like this?

Love Braid shows how a symbol can become structure, light, and movement. From a memory, a promise, or a personal sign, I can build a new narrative path, followed directly in my atelier in Altamura for the creation of your Bespoke jewellery.

The initial meeting is to clarify desires, materials, structure, timelines, and feasibility. It doesn't require an immediate decision.
