Bespoke rose gold wedding rings Trame with a fabric-inspired texture

Plot

18-carat rose gold wedding rings defined by a surface texture running along the entire circumference

The creation

Trame is a pair of bespoke 18-carat rose gold wedding rings, crafted from continuous bands etched with a texture inspired by the weave of fabric. The surface design introduces a dense and irregular rhythm that plays with the light without disrupting the ring’s solid form. Worn on the hand, the two rings maintain an understated presence, while the exterior finish becomes a defining feature, enlivening the surfaces with a more visually dynamic texture.

Which subject best reflects your way of being a couple?

A texture connected to your imagination can become the starting point for rings redesigned for your hands and proportions.

The first comparison is used to define the shape, proportions, material, and relationship between the chosen reference and the surface of your wedding rings.

Bespoke wedding rings

Trame belongs to my archive of completed creations and documents a solution developed for a specific couple. Every new project is redesigned around the individuals, the proportions of their hands, the material, everyday use and the chosen meaning. A fabric or other material reference can open up a direction, but rhythm, surface and structure must find a new balance every time.

From inspiration to design

Inspiration

The project stems from images selected online by the couple to clarify the type of shape and customisation desired. The central reference became the fabric texture: an interweaving that binds and protects, chosen as a metaphor for the relationship and shared experience before, during and beyond marriage. I translated this idea into a continuous surface, avoiding an illustrative mark and working instead on the rhythm of the material.

Materials and finishes

For Trame, I worked in 18-carat rose gold through 3D modelling, prototyping, lost-wax casting, polishing, and quality control. The prototypes allowed the couple to check sizes, heights, thicknesses, and proportions before final production. I personally oversaw the project, balancing the band's structure, the texture finish, and wearability, so that customisation remained an integral part of the design rather than a final addition.

Certifications and registrations

Technical expertise, professional registrations and qualifications have accompanied the development of my work in the goldsmithing and jewellery field.
