A new project can start from an architectural inspiration, a decorative motif or a personal reference, to arrive at a different form that is coherent with the person who will wear it.
The starting point was the discussion with the client about selected images from a book dedicated to Moorish architectural decoration.
From those references, a search for balance between visual memory, comfort and precision of line was born, eventually transforming the ornamental motif into a wearable form.
The creation is crafted in 18-carat rose gold, with openwork carried out entirely by hand. The burin engraving, executed according to ancient Florentine techniques, accentuates the depth of the decoration and the rhythm of the surface.
Fretwork allows light to pass through the design without weighing down the structure.
