The story of Antonio Colonna goldsmith, was born from an unexpected encounter with a small illustrated dictionary: I was seven years old when I saw the image of a goldsmith and realised that this would be my path. Since then, I have followed a journey of passion, tradition, and innovation, which eventually gave life to the Jewelry Experience.
Where My Passion Was Born
My first concrete encounter with the art of goldsmithing came at the Art Institute, encouraged by my art teacher. From the very first workbenches, I felt that every gesture, every engraving, was a way of telling something about myself through metal.
A Journey Between Tradition and Innovation
At nineteen, I left alone for Florence, the cradle of Italian craftsmanship, where I met masters who preserved ancient goldsmithing techniques. Years later, in Valenza Po, I delved into design and prototyping, discovering the other side of the trade: engineering and 3D modelling. A valuable heritage, yet my idea of jewelry remained that of a unique, personal creation.
Returning to Puglia and the Birth of the Jewelry Experience
I listened to my heart and returned to Puglia. Here, Jewelry Experience was born: a project that combines classical training with contemporary energy. Two paths make it special: the Narrative Jewel, which holds a personal story, and Goldsmith for a Day, an experience that allows you to live the magic of the workshop firsthand.
