It all began with a client who, after signing the purchase agreement for a dream home in a historic centre, received the most beautiful news: a baby girl was on the way. To celebrate this unique moment, he chose to commission a custom narrative ring that could represent their new home as a nest and the imminent birth as a precious egg.
From inspiration to the finished piece
The idea took shape thanks to a special detail: the 3D paper sculptures the bride-to-be created to decorate their home. Those essential geometries guided the design, leading to a ring with a rough-paper effect, burin-engraved with matte surfaces. At the centre, a custom-cut moonstone symbolises fertility and femininity, set within a structure that evokes a little basket—an authentic nest.
