Some jewels are not born from a technical drawing, but from a poem. The Feather Jewel is one of these: a narrative ring handcrafted in rose gold and white gold, telling the story of a distant love finally embraced.

The story behind the Feather Jewel

He saw her as a feather always carried away by the wind: first for study, then for work. Every time he thought he had her close, a new move left him alone. With the marriage proposal and her “yes,” he felt he had finally held her. From this comes the idea of a ring as a gifted feather symbol of freedom and eternal love.

The poem that inspired the jewel

The inspiration came from verses written by the client himself, in the poem “The Feather and Love”:

“Here is where a dream comes true. Unpredictable and exciting. This is a lover’s gift. At last, I have held you. Do not be afraid, my sweet beloved. Look at the immensity of the sea and let yourself be guided. I am the strength, you the passion, you the feather and I the love.”

Following the words of this poem, the jewel took shape without the need for additional styles or prototypes: the inspiration was already written in the verses.

A fully handcrafted jewel

The Feather Jewel was created without any 3D prototyping process. Crafted directly from sheet, pierced and burin-engraved, it is entirely embroidered with the ancient techniques of Italian goldsmithing. The central filament in white gold adds balance and preciousness to the composition.
